Residential Renters does its best to match qualified renters with prospective landlords, but the ultimate approval decision is made by the landlord. Furthermore, this preliminary applicant questionnaire does not guarantee a lease for the property you are applying for, nor does it hold the property. Only a signed lease will secure the property.

All requested information on this application must be completed. You will be denied rental if you misrepresent any information on the application. If misrepresentations are found after a rental agreement is signed, your rental agreement can and/or will be terminated at lessor's request.
