COSIGNER CRITERIA
- All portions of the online application must be fully completed, Cosigner must be over 18 years of age, and provide valid photo identification.
- Gross monthly income must be at least 4 times the monthly rental amount.
- Acceptable documentation for proof of income must be provided at the time of application. Typically, the most recent two pay-stubs not to exceed 30 days prior to the application date.
- Self-employed individuals must provide the most recent tax return filing to verify income.
- Minimum FICO credit score of 675 with no delinquent or past due accounts.
- Cosigner must be employed with their current employer for greater than 18 months.
- Any money judgment, housing-related or otherwise, must be legally satisfied.
- If any information provided by the cosigner is unable to be verified or is found to be misrepresented, including but not limited to, income and length of employment, the application will be denied.
- No bankruptcies filed in the last 3 years regardless of the outcome.
There is a background screening fee of $30 per adult cosigner and it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
A credit report, national background check, and eviction history report will be processed on all persons over the age of 18.
