This was a great probably the best renting search experience I have ever had and the rep Lu was being fantastic in every way possible that she could. Any question answered within an hour, very thorough, accepted every question no matter how silly with a smile and professional response. Helped make life really easier and better for me my kids and wife thank you guys.!!!!

Ben at Residential Renters is great to work with. He’s usually a text or phone call away and clears up any confusion pretty quickly. He and his team were able to find tenants for my property in just a few days and even filtered out tenants that didn’t qualify in order to make it easier to choose. Would definitely recommend Ben and his team.

First off let me say that I can't thank Adam enough !! I've dealt with a lot of management companies looking for a rental , by far one of the best ! Adam was very professional when meeting with him for the viewing of the rental , the walk through went smoothly , also letting me know everything about the property down to every detail with what was done to it , and if anything needed to be . He answered all of my questions , and was pretty straight forward on what's to be expected in the application process after saying I would like to apply . Adam stayed in contact with me every step of the way , which I greatly appreciated . I ended up getting the rental approved because I had passed the background check , and my income meet the requirements , but also Adam spoke well of me . I wasn't expecting that at all . I highly recommend working with this management company if you're looking for a place to move . I surely would if I was still looking for a place . Thank you Adam !!!!

She was extremely sensitive and forthcoming with information. She took my home search personal and made it her priority to inform me of every showing she knew of while I was continuing to search the homes were beautiful and reasonably priced. They are very strict on their credit score requirements, even if it’s only one points, they are flexible and easily understood. I appreciate it. My time spent with them and the home show I would suggest this company to anyone looking I personally didn’t rent through them In the end but by the qualities of the homes I seen I believe they will be great with Maintenance . These were well-kept, freshly remodel places.

Great company to work with. My roommate and I worked with Matt to find a place and he was incredible. We were late to the game on finding a new place and Matt worked really hard to help us find one. He made time to show us multiple places in one day and was super courteous. The whole process took less than a week, thanks to Matt. Just a great dude who wanted the best for us. Nobody in the state of WI was even remotely interested in taking the time to help me find an apartment. I had probably 30 calls in to realtors and leasing agents and nobody would give me any time or attention. As this was my first time renting and I had a short amount of time to find a place in a whole different state 600 miles away, I was extremely stressed and losing my patience. 10 minutes on the phone with Adam however and I had a list of places and a meeting set to come see them. He explained everything to me very well and showed me a variety of places well within my price range. Even found me the perfect apartment In like 20 minutes. Then had the leasing paperwork drafted and sent to me in about 30 minutes and 5 hours later the place was mine. Adam is awesome and I highly recommend! 10/10
